ಭಾವಾರ್ಥ (Kannada Meaning)

ಇಂದಿನ ದಿನವೇ ಶುಭದಿನವು | ಇಂದಿನ ವಾರ ಶುಭವಾರ | ಇಂದಿನ ತಾರೆ ಶುಭತಾರೆ | ಇಂದಿನ ಯೋಗ ಶುಭಯೋಗ | ಇಂದಿನ ಕರಣ ಶುಭ ಕರಣ ||

ಭಾವಾರ್ಥ: "ಇಂದಿನ ಈ ದಿನವೇ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮಂಗಳಕರವಾದ ದಿನ. ಇಂದಿನ ವಾರವೇ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವಾದ ವಾರ, ಇಂದಿನ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರವೇ (ತಾರೆ) ಶುಭ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರ. ಇಂದಿನ ಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಕರಣಗಳು (ಪಂಚಾಂಗದ ಭಾಗಗಳು) ಎಲ್ಲವೂ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಶುಭಪ್ರದವಾಗಿವೆ." ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಜನರು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಜಾತಕ ಅಥವಾ ಪಂಚಾಂಗ ನೋಡುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಆದರೆ ದಾಸರು ಭಗವಂತನ ಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯವಿರುವ ಈ ಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಭಾವಾರ್ಥ: "ಏಕೆಂದರೆ, ಇಂದು ನಮಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಾತ್ ಪುರಂದರ ವಿಠಲನ ದರ್ಶನ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಮಹತ್ಫಲ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ. ಭಗವಂತನನ್ನು ನೆನೆದ ಅಥವಾ ಆತನ ಗುಣಗಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ ದಿನವೇ ನಿಜವಾದ ಶುಭದಿನ." ದೈವದರ್ಶನವಾದಾಗ ಅಥವಾ ದೈವಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆದಾಗ ಕಾಲದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅಶುಭ ಅಂಶಗಳು ದೂರವಾಗಿ ಆ ಸಮಯವು ಪವಿತ್ರವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ದಾಸರು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮನದಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Summary

Meaning: "Today is the most auspicious of days! Today’s day of the week is the best week, and today’s star (Nakshatra) is the most favorable star. Today’s Yoga and Karana (astrological divisions of time) are all perfectly auspicious."

Meaning: "Why is it so? Because today, we have been blessed with the ultimate fruit of witnessing Lord Purandara Vitthala! The day we sing the glories of the Lord is the truly auspicious day." The poet emphasizes that when the mind is fixed on the Divine, all "ill-effects" of time or planets vanish, making that moment spiritually perfect.
