ಅರ್ಥ: ಯಶೋದೆಯೇ, ನೀನು ಎಂಥ ಪುಣ್ಯವಂತೆ! ನಿನ್ನ ಭಾಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಟಿಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.
ಚರಣ 1:
ಎಂಥ ಧನ್ಯಳಮ್ಮ ನೀನು | ಎಂಥ ಪುಣ್ಯವಮ್ಮ ನಿನ್ನದು | ಕಂತುಪಿತನು ಕುವರನಾಗಿ | ಸಂತೋಷವ ಪಡಿಸಿದನು ||
ಅರ್ಥ: ನೀನು ಎಂಥ ಪುಣ್ಯವಂತೆ! ಮನ್ಮಥನ ತಂದೆಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀಹರಿಯೇ ನಿನಗೆ ಕುವರನಾಗಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಂತೋಷಪಡಿಸಿದನು.

ಕಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟು ಮುನಿಗಳೆಲ್ಲ | ಎಷ್ಟು ತಪವ ಮಾಡಿದರು | ಇಷ್ಟು ಪುಣ್ಯ ಪಡೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ | ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಿಹುದು ||
ಅರ್ಥ: ಋಷಿ-ಮುನಿಗಳು ಎಷ್ಟೇ ಕಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟು ತಪಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ನಿನಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದಷ್ಟು ಪುಣ್ಯ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಿಗಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಇದು ಜಗತ್ತಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವ ವಿಷಯ.

ಅರ್ಥ: ಇಡೀ ಜಗತ್ತನ್ನೇ ತನ್ನ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಆ ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನು, ಬಾಲಕನಾಗಿ ಬಂದು ಗದುಗಿನ ವೀರನಾರಾಯಣನಾಗಿ ನಿನ್ನ ತೊಡೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಟವಾಡಿದನು.

Meaning: Others did not carry him in their womb like you. He was born to you and played as a child in your presence.
