Summary (English)
In this song, Kanakadasaru affectionately addresses Lord Krishna as 'Dasayya'. He vividly describes Krishna's divine qualities, such as granting salvation to the stone (Ahalya), defeating the wrestlers and his uncle Kamsa, and lifting the Govardhana mountain. Meaning: You hold a stick and flute in Your hands; You granted salvation to the stone (Ahalya). O dark-complexioned Lord, who destroyed the wrestlers and Kamsa, please come.
Stanza 2:
Koradolu vanamale dasayya...
Meaning: You wear a forest-flower garland and lifted the great mountain. I cannot live without seeing You day or night; O enchanter, please come.
Stanza 3:
Adinarayana dasayya...
Meaning: You are the primal Narayana, worshipped by a thousand names. You incarnated on earth to protect the cows; O Adikeshvararaya, You are our Dasayya.
